The Gary Stroutsos Ensemble: An Evening of British Folk Pop

The Gary Stroutsos Ensemble returns to Emmanual Lutheran Church in downtown Seattle to retrace early British folk pop music. They will explore original arrangements of the timeless songs of Jethro Tull, Moody Blues, King Crimson, Traffic along with traditional UK British Folk music themes & spoken word.  

International recording artist Gary Stroutsos grew up with the flute sounds of Ian Anderson and Ray Thomas, and these influences became the foundation for his long-standing career with world flute sounds.

Featured performers include: Gary Stroutsos on flutes & woodwinds, Tony Garone on acoustic guitar & lead vocals, Larry Mahlis on drums & percussion, Michael Notticello on acoustic bass & vocals, Michael Grant on piano/keyboards & vocals, LIan Caspi on vocals, and Benedict Heywood with spoken word.
